This is the name that Sara can call her work at this time. With over 30 years of experience in Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and multiple advanced Massage techniques, Sara has completed a Canadian program in Osteopathy - Manual Therapy that took five year plus a research paper. She has been practicing this work since she began the program in 2011. She has a one-hour practical exam to re-take in November 2024 before she can call what she does Osteopathic Manual Therapy.

Sara Bonds

Licensed Massage and Craniosacral Therapist since 1994, Sara helps people heal from injury, trauma and chronic pain. Having completed a five year course of study at the Canadian School of Osteopathy - Manual Practice (Vancouver, BC), Sara is also a Reiki Master Teacher. Trained in nutrition, Sara is also a Registered Breathing Educator. Her knowledge of movement and manual therapies allows her to specifically assess and treat the whole person. Able to help people with asthma and other challenges related to blood (acid-base) chemistry.
